I hiked to an area of Quaking Aspens in Kolob Canyons in autumn. This many aspens were lit up by the setting sun. Kolob Canyons is the northwest section of Zion National Park of Utah, United States. The Kolob Canyons are part of the Colorado Plateau region of the park and are noted for their colorful beauty and diverse landscape. The word "Kolob" is from Mormon scripture meaning "residence closest to heaven." The scenery is stunning and provides visitors with peaceful and serene surroundings unmatched by any other national park in the southwest.

I love Photographing the natural landscape as well as a variety of other scenes in our world. I have been photographing for 15 years. I have witnessed the simple grandeur of creation and the miracles that surround us in the natural world. Many of my photographic images capture the magic of the wilderness, pure and simple. In fact, I never uses color filters to enhance the images or modify them to be more than what I witnessed at the moment the shutter was snapped.
